Here are a few stories of technology disasters written in haiku (I found them online years ago and the authors are anonymous).

A crash reduces
your expensive computer
to a simple stone.

Chaos reigns within.
Reflect, repent, and reboot.
Order shall return.

Serious error.
All shortcuts have disappeared
Screen. Mind. Both are blank.

Login incorrect.
Only perfect spellers may
enter this system.

With searching comes loss
and the presence of absence:
“My Novel” not found.
